"Luz, the house keeper, was amazing. She was really friendly and caring. If you need help with siteseeing, where to eat she helps you. The room was really clean, charming and nice. The location of the hostel is so close to the train station you can go walking, just 5-8 minutes from the station. It's a great place to stay in Vigo. "

"First of all this hotel does not have a front desk. There is a restaurant in 1st floor, and at the restaurant they will check you in. But the day I arrived at the hotel, it was a National holiday, and the restaurant was closed. So there were nobody at hotel, no hotel person to be seen anywhere. After 15 min later I saw hotel guest, so I asked for a hotel manager’s phone number. "Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."
