"Cozy hidden gem in Sidney, with friendly superior service. The coffee and tea bar in the lounge area was very comfortable and relaxing. Made to order breakfast was quite delicious, my wife and I appreciated that it was gluten free. Their homemade muffin is to die for."

"Communication from the host was outstanding. The room was clean and cozy. No tv in the room, but we really didn’t care. It was a surprise for my family and they loved it. Perfect if you want a quiet affordable getaway. Walking distance to inner harbor. Breakfast was included and provided by a family owned cafe called Imagine. Your choice of fruit and yogurt or a breakfast sandwich on banock bread… it was called Imagine Cafe and they make an awesome wood fired pizza."

"Very conveniently located. Very clean. Easy communication with host. Easy entry. Fridge stocked with some essentials was a nice touch as was labeled cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and bathroom. It felt very homey and welcoming. Will definitely book again"

"Recycling and garbage as you walk to the entrance and you walk by looking into the owners kitchen. The main area is also used as a staff room? There is a sign on the fridge that says staff use only and clearly has staff’s food in it. You only actually get a bedroom with a lock on it and a bathroom with cleaning supplies mops etc on the wall. I absolutely did not feel safe especially when I came back and someone had been in the suite. This is not as advertised at all. "

"Words cannot describe the incredible experience my girlfriend and I had; along with the exceptional hospitality which was provided by the hosts! Highly recommended, property is clean and private. Hosts are quick to reply and available if needed. The breakfast is absolutely delicious! The hosts are incredibly down to earth, and I am so thankful and appreciative that I came across this listing! Highly recommended and both my gf and I will certainly be back and will be making this a regular...

"Lovely location, easy walking to the marina, shops and restaurants. The property is tucked off the road so is quite quiet! The accommodation is cozy and quaint and was just as described - perfect for curling up on the loveseat (or recliner) reading a novel and enjoying the view! It has a lovely little fireplace heater for ambiance, too! (It was rainy and chilly for part of our trip so this was a bonus!) I discovered beautiful little walking paths throughout Cowichan and we had the added pleasure...

"I recently had a pleasure of staying at the Magnolia Hotel & Spa in Victoria! The service was warm and attentive. The room is elegant, clean, and very comfortable, with great amenities. Its central location made it easy to explore Victoria. Overall, it exceeded my expectations in every way. a fantastic experience! I would definitely stay here again!"

"Easily my favourite hotel in Victoria— and I’ve tried a bunch. I first stayed here for a conference/workshop – – had I not, I probably wouldn’t have realized what a great value it was Quiet, rooms are immaculate, comfortable, excellent linens, and they still get made up every day. As well, staff is excellent, and the location is so very walkable— all through downtown over to Chinatown, fisherman’s wharf… highly recommend. "

"This was by far the best hotel stay I've had in BC. The service was exceptional, and the valet was super convenient. Room service was top-notch. I used to think BC hotels were subpar compared to those at similar prices in Ontario or around the world, but this hotel completely changed my perspective.
