"All the staffs are super friendly and nice. Everything is super clean and smell fresh. The food at the hotel restaurant is really good and reasonably price. The location of the hotel at the riverside is perfect. We will definitely be staying longer when we return to Vang Vieng, Laos next time. The only complain I have is, the tall trees at the swimming pool blocks the view of sun set from our room."

"The staff is very friendly but management is occasionally unavailable to assist. When we arrived our reservation couldn't be located by the inexperienced front desk clerks. But we did get resolution with the manager who was accommodating. Our room was missing the AC controller so we had to tolerate a warm room for the first night.
