The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable . Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and warm. Plenty of food and drink options. "Very kindly given a higher floor as requested before we arrived. The room was very spacious and cleaned daily. There is a streetcar about a 5 minute walk from the hotel and the trains station is very handy. Plenty of convenience stores nearby so we were never stuck for food/drink. 20 minute walk to the city centre which I loved, but plenty of transport options available. "
