"My stay was horrible. I did not know that there was no air conditioning. I tried to speak to the management to allow us to cancel part of the stay and move to another hotel. They were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also the rooms were very dirty. "

"Property itself is outstanding and so is the location. One issue is that the pool staff are overly protective of the rules meaning they come up to families all around the pool and it can be conceived as rude "

"This is a no frills option. It is basic accommodation which is clean. The location is central to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. The payable secure parking is also very good. "

"Liked: huge balcony, smart layout of the flat, good quality equipment, 3 fans, nice pizzerias (Pizza du Pub) Didn't like: flat itself is a bit small, kid's kit didn't include bathtub although advertised on their leaflets that it is there, broken safe box, balcony door very hard to lock therefore exposing ourselves to theft, not enough sunbeds"

"Our room was given to other guests & we were given a room 30 metres from the main road So it was very noisy There was No air conditioning, in an apartment in the south of France !! So the room was always very hot. The room faulty telephone rang every night at various times between 2.45 & 4.45am. You need a car at this location as the larger beaches & villages are not otherwise easily reached The free car parking places are very limited & the covered parking is chargeable at €57 a week...

Better than we could have imagined

"Even though we arrived for our stay in Winter the stand alone small dwelling was warm and inviting with more than sufficient heating and spotless presentation. We tried hard to leave it the same way but how can you better excellence! Everything worked and the walk to Sainte-Maxime was only 15-20 min along a really pleasant boulevard where we were presented with some of the best food we have experienced in France. At night we listened to the waves crashing only four or five meters from our glass sliding door with a glass of red in hand. This is a special place and managed/owned by special people - Catherine was a wonderful host and she was both helpful and responsive without fault. I don't want to encourage too many people to go there as I would like to see some time-slots open for us again through this year. It was worth the journey on its own and then topped off with the beautiful town of Sainte-Maxime which we felt had so much more warmth, character and style over Saint-Tropez. This is a definite winner. "
