"The only real drawbacks were that the elevator was small ... two of us with luggage filled it... and the bathroom sink and shower did not drain quickly. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and professional, quick to give answers when we needed help. The location was close enough to bus stops going both directions so once we find out which direction we needed to go, it was way to get there. And there was little to no noise, either from inside the hotel or on the street outside...

"Check in worked ok with instructions sent via WhatsApp. Room as per pictures although not “newly refurbished” as implied by the host. Very good location, close to Kings Cross station but the street noise was a problem and didn’t stop all night. I didn’t manage to sleep at all on the first night we stayed. Kitchen facilities meant we could make breakfast but very small area to cook and dine for a family group. No washing up liquid provided. It was sufficient but we wouldn’t revisit."
