From Sherlyn picking us up at the airport to Tsongie helping us with your planning to the gentleman who does the breakfast to Charmaine at the front desk -- they all made us feel special and welcome. The hotel is walking distance to town and the grocery store for fruits and vegetables. AC worked fine. Pool was very refreshing. It's not fancy but it's fine and a great value. We came back twice after going on multi day safaris. And we would come back to Room...

"This little hotel is perfectly situated in the center of Victoria Falls. While fairly simple (no slippers or bathrobes here!) it was clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent and responsive. They arranged my airport transport for me $28 round trip. There is a pool but the weather was too rainy to enjoy. In addition to onsite dining which I did not use, the 3 Monkeys nearby is excellent. There was a refrigerator and microwave available in the common space for my leftovers. Wifi was very good...
