"Very nice lodge in Victoria Falls. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice, with a big bathroom, and the gardens and general ambience were lovely. The only thing we could possibly criticise slightly are the restaurant, which doesn't offer a lot of choice - but that probably reflects the limitations of a relatively small lodge versus a big hotel."

"My one-night stay at this hotel was the worst accomodation I've ever had. I booked through Expedia, where it was advertised as having a private bathroom, towels, toiletries, and Wi-Fi. However, the reality was far from this description. The bathroom was unusable, with a big crack across multiple tiles. The hot tap did not work in the shower or the sink. The toilet was missing parts and couldn't flush, making it effectively non-functional. Additionally, the door connecting my room to the next was...
