The washroom was broken, rooms had a very bad smell, the rooms we booked were not there, insted if 2 rooms we opted to get only 1 and all stay together wanted to talk about the canceling reservations there was no one at the reception. Called them no one picked the call. Now i have paid for 2 rooms when i only used 1. I can go on and on about what went wrong with this place. I"

"It was not advertised on Expedia or explained that check in was actually at another location/hotel then you had to walk back to the address that was displayed on Expedia. I was very confused, it was so hot, I was carrying my luggage back and forth like an idiot. It was very frustrating. Luckily when I called the number the person working reception spoke English and explained to me where I had to go. Nonetheless it was confusing and irritating. Also nowhere in Expedia does it say that the tourist...

Felipo met us every morning and took us to a café cappuccino and fresh juice and pastries. Clean clean, clean Filippo and his housekeeper Sarah were So inviting and helpful."
