"This property was in a great location. We could easily walk to local stores, pastry shops, and restaurants, even with our 5 year old in tow. The property manager, Massimo, was absolutely fantastic. 10/10 for communication. I was able to reach out to him with any questions, and for recommendations. He gave clear, concise instructions on everything. The apartment was clean, quiet, and in a safe location. We will definitely recommend Skytower to friends. "

"Good parts - Location was great, very good size, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, felt very safe, cot for our baby was provided when asked with extra linen, plenty of towels. Bad parts - severe damp in the main bathroom which smells. Drain doesn’t drain in en suite shower room. Iron but no ironing board. Communication - kept emailing for the same information pre-check in despite already having sent it and not answering specific requests until chased on hotels.com app. Check in details...

"The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The location is close to the train station, which was great for our arrival in the city and going to the airport (much better than a taxi!). HOWEVER, be prepared to walk A LOT to see the monuments (fortunately, we love to walk). The neighborhood looks kinda shady, but we always felt safe walking around. "I was a little apprehensive about booking this place when I saw the pullout bed but I stand corrected. It was surprisingly comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping. "The check in process was very simple and Andre was super helpful. Location is good. 2 separate rooms which offers a nice level of privacy. Bathroom has an unbearable smell coming from the plumbing system. Hard to tell if it is just in this apartment or the entire building. Water pressure is weak, or the shower head should be replaced. Flushing is another pandora box, takes time to flush since the toilet tank fills up very slow - so probably the water pressure is a big issue. Everything looked...

"Arrived to Rome airport to find that the host had cancelled our stay while we were on the flight, 3 hours prior to us checking in, leaving us stressed and with nowhere to stay. New accommodation had to be found at our expense as refund not processed for several days. The Host then ignored my reply. Very poor. Would not recommend "
