"The breakfast buffet was pretty good - lots of options. Staff were very helpful for everything, even when I had trouble with the laundry machine. I rented a bike a few times, which was great, but the rental policy wasn't clear. one employee said I could rent for one or more days, one said I could only rent one day at a time, and then the return policy isn't clear - do I owe the key back the next morning or does a day rental have a time limit at night? Not a big deal, just a little confusing."

"This is a very convenient property, close to the railway station and a metro station, with friendly, welcoming staff. Our room was quite large and very cosy with super efficient heating. The bathroom was small, more like a wet room and could have done with a shelf for toiletries. The price was very reasonable for Copenhagen. The breakfast was excellent and extremely good value. We would stay again. "

"The Pods are a great size for two people and lovely communal area for eating. Clean toilets and shower area."

"Best part of hotel is that its very close to central station. Walking distance 3 mins so its perfect if you are here for couple of days to see the city. Rooms and bathrooms are small but very clean."

"It's very convenient for the mall. However, breakfast is not as good as other hotels in CPH in the same bracket, and I'm always disappointed when I have to climb into a bath to take a shower. Fantastic views of the water."

"Amazing hotel, probably one of the best I've ever stayed at for price vs location and service. Hotel itself certainly has a wow factor with the glass roof and other quirky little extras providing a memorable setting. The indoor courtyard is extra special in the evening under the stars and warm environment creating that Hygge feeling. Bonus is the location right next to Tivoli and central station making transport easy. Overall wonderful stay, 10 /10 and will definitely recommend and revisit. "
