"My friends and I stayed at here for our final weekend attending school in Kingston. There were 7 of us staying at this house and it is exactly how it was described and more. It was extremely clean and great communication with property owner. Very hospitable and even provided coffee! Definitely recommend! Thank you again! "

The little house had everything we needed and was very clean. We were able to adjust the temp for our comfort. The place had a neat little yard for us to take our dog out. "We arrived to find that our “luxurious cottage” was a cabin in a trailer park, trail of dog poop brought us to the door. We don’t mind rustic but moldy coffee left in the maker and someone’s soap in the shower was just the start. I paid for it and slept on the couch cushions on the floor. We made the best of it for our friends birthday but no privacy, no wifi and didn’t even get the cottage in the picture was enough for me. View was nice tho. "

"My wife and I spent a wonderful week in September at the Gecieve Opinicon. The cottage is clean and well-appointed with all you need for your stay. There is an incredible view of the water from the property including the sun room and bedroom. We spent many hours on the clear water in the kayaks with plenty of wildlife to see.
