"I had a wonderful stay at one of the best hotels in Italy during my holiday. The location was perfect—shopping was just downstairs, restaurants were everywhere, and the bus stop was only a few minutes’ walk away, just 3-4 stops from the train station. The service was fantastic, and breakfast was delivered right to our room, allowing us to enjoy our meal in privacy. The receptionist was responsive to our requests and served us with great joy. "The reception area or front room/breakfast area dated, shuts at 8pm if you want a tea/coffee then you come here not in room, we did at 10pm but felt very uncomfortable like in somebodys house, no choice on coffee only expressio, no milk, had to find it. The room feels depressing like a panic room with the massive six bolt door, walls bear, stupid hats hanging over a very uncomfortable bed, again didnt get what they was trying to achieve."

"Fantastic historic hotel in the center of old Verona. Staff was friendly from taking my bags out of the taxi to reserving the spa for me. Enjoyed the amazing art and details throughout the property. Our business conference onsite was amazing. Coffee break in the lobby was decadent and the croissants were amazing. 3 course lunches with wine pairings were a bonus. Concierge was helpful to make dinner reservations at high quality restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay. "

"Had a fabulous short stay here. Room was ready when we arrived at 10.30am and the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful in giving us information on the local area.
