"Absolutely great place. Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean, modern room, comfy bed. Some didn’t like the gray theme, but that's the trend. Didn't bother us as everything else was top notch. Elevator, underground car park and only 20 minutes from Verona. Easy drive. Highly recommend. And based on the person that checked us in, spent the next night in Bardolina on the largest lake in Italy. We had no idea. "

"Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. Key pick up is also a disaster as they handle the keys for many...

"Great location, only 15 minute walk into the town. Property super clean, pool area fab and lots of grean space! Only minor but useful to have some baby safety, eg stair gate in apartment and something on the balcony as gap under the railings. Overall great stay!"

The shower "tools" was partially broken and the shower cabin itself something "dark" (lighting just in the middle of the bathroom). "The place is walkable to major tourist attraction especially the Verona arena, clean, cozy, welcoming place. My only concern is the lift of the apartment was not fixed on our last day when we used the stairs to bring down our luggage’s and my mom who has difficulty going up and down the stairs but if you don’t have a lot of luggage’s and a must to have lift for transport then this place is perfect to stay. If the lift was fixed I will rate is place for 5/5."
