"The tub surround grout in the corner was dirty. I was able to clean it off with a washcloth so it wasn’t stained. I also notices around the base of the faucet and spout could use a clean. I was very bothered by the very large weeds growing in the front beds. You couldn’t even see the shrubs for the large weeds. "
