"My husband and I stayed overnight here for the Ventura marathon. While the hotel is undergoing construction (there was absolutely no noise), the outside may not look like much, but the room was just a delight! Absolutely spotless, and more space that it seems at first. It's beautifully decorated and everything was really comfortable and well thought out. It was an absolutely wonderful experience and we'll definitely go back again! Plus, the manager at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. "

"I booked one night to run the Ventura marathon. I left the room at 4am and my plan was to be back by 10am to shower and do check out. At 4am, I spent 5 minutes pressing the buzz to explain it to the employee in charge. NOBODY came to the window (main door was locked, I assume because of the time) I left a note on a piece of paper explaining my intention to come back along with the keys.
