"The location is perfect. There’s cafe’s nearby, restaurants, shops and it’s so close to the train station. The stairs you have to take from the train station have a ramp so it’s perfect if you have luggage. Our room/bathroom was a bit on the small size but we didn’t spend too much time in the room since Venice was so amazing 😊 our room also had access to the terrace with the view of the courtyard."

"OK I want to leave a fair review. First of all you have to follow all the provided instruction or you are not getting in. When you enter in the ground floor it's a bit scary but don't be alarmed. You will have to go to the 3rd fl there is no elevator with bags this may be a challenge for some. Staff is nice and helpful. Once you get to the 3rd fl where the rooms are things look good. "Beautiful small property with visually stunning touches. It's a somewhat unusual mix of a boutique hotel and an Airbnb, e.g. no front desk or maid service. Fantastic base for us to explore Venice for a few days. Centrally located with a 10-15 minute walk to St. Mark's and the Rialto, 5-10 minute walk to water taxi services, 20-25 minute walk to the train station and automobile pickups. Also, the restaurant right next door, Hostaria Bacanaria, was one of the best meals of our whole trip."
