"We spent 12 nights here and look forward to coming back in the future. Anna has supplied so many extras from condiments to cooking utensils, to dishes, to linens and more. The location was excellent for biking and swimming at the River Road pool and attending Oregon Festival of American Music at The Shedd, downtown. Our thanks to Anna for making the comfortable, relaxing home available."

"Great location in Eugene. Within walking distance of multiple things including restaurants, breweries, arcade, vintage shops and small movie theater. Also a short drive away from the ducks campus and stadium. Definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Eugene area. "

"The property in general was very good and relatively well appointed. We would definitely consider staying again. Not great that the dishwasher was out of service. The biggest negative…the bed pillows are not good, actually pretty bad. Also, it would have been good to know that yard maintenance and work was taking place on both Saturday and Sunday, especially when we had a dog with us. Lastly, some of the communication with the property manager (Vacasa) was inconsistent, sometimes good & timely,...

"Stayed for almost a week and had no issues. Well we had a small issue with WIFI but was cleared up almost immediately. Owner was very responsive. Everyone said the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is nice sized to cook a reasonably large meal. Overall I’m satisfied."

"There were no recycling instructions. The property owner should have printed recycling and TV instructions on the premises. The garbage cans should be clearly marked for recycling."

"Going to OSU vs MSU my daughter and fiancé came from Michigan to treat me to my first above highschool game! This place was a slice of heaven located in an area near shuttle bus parking and food, shopping and a wonderful city and region to explore. The cleanliness and help from the representatives was stupendous!!"

"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, with a few caveats. This house is super cute with a lovely yard and big kitchen and large living room/dining area. We always host our Ducks and a few friends for dinners when we are in town, and this space was fantastic for that. Wish we could have been here for some time in the gorgeous backyard! The kitchen was well-stocked. We were disappointed that the sheets for the futon were not washed and we had to stay up until 1 am trying to get the sheets washed...
