"Absolutely fantastic location and price, and the facilities themselves are kept in great condition. The hotel is very good about communication, and while they don’t serve breakfast, they do have a really cool vending machine room (straight out of Japan) on the premises. Fantastic stay, would recommend for any traveling to Eugene."

"This property is apparently in the process of being renovated. Our room was clean, but one thing that stood out were the colored and patterned sheets. Would have preferred white to see cleanliness. Also, there was no elevator making it difficult for my husband, who is handicapped to make it upstairs to our room. Probably won’t stay here again."

"Little amenities with no fridge or kettle, terrible location, some staff are friendly but one was not. Asked for 12pm checkout, which was done, but that wasn't clearly communicated to the other staff and the were barging on the door asking me to leave, even though I had late checkout approved. Even though the price Is good I will not stay here ever again, I'd recommend something closer to Downtown."

"The gentleman than works there is fantastic. I called early in the day to ask if they had hair dryers and they did not. When I checked in he asked if I remembered to pack mine. It was a little thing but those are what makes experience memorable. This was our second stay ana we'll return next time we're on the area. "
