"A wonderful, cosy, full of old world Italian charm option close to all the sights of Como and a stones throw from the pier. Stefano was a very welcoming host and we even had a bottle of sparkling wine, a few cans of Fanta and some bottled water waiting for us on arrival. It has a lovely big bathroom and the bed was really comfy. Our room also had a view of the lake."

"The very first thing I would say is that the location is PERFECT! Central to everything! The bed,pillows and mattress were extremely nice!!! "Everything was perfect about this property. The only down side was a sewer stench coming from the bathroom; however all of the other qualities made it tolerable. The steps were no problem unless maybe you are older or injured. Marco was sweet but did better answering calls rather than texts. The room had a cozy vibe and the bed was so nice, like sleeping on grandma’s sheets. The wood ceiling in our room was beautiful. We could walk easily to everything. The price was a great value. "

"Our stay was amazing. We got in late so just went right to sleep but when we woke up and went downstairs to the cafe it was perfect. We started with cappuccino, fresh squeezed orange juice and croissants and finished with ham and cheese toasted sandwich. Guillano and the rest of the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I contacted the hotel to ask whether we could store our luggage before we checked in, as we didn't want to carry them all day around the towns in Lake Como.
