"CitizenM is a fabulous place right in the centre of Paris. If you're looking for a traditional hotel, then this isn't the place. The rooms are tiny. The one 'minus' is that if there re two of you staying together, one has to climb over the other to get in to bed!!! Apart from this, it is excellent. The public spaces on the 2nd floor and on the roof are great; the staff are friendly and helpful - would definitely stay there again."

"We stayed here for a week. The family room was very comfortable. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Transportation options were abundant. My only wish is that there was a chest of drawers. With a family of 4 staying for an extended time, this would have been helpful in organizing our things. But it wasn’t a dealbreaker, and we would definitely stay here again! "

"This property is located in a busy area and right across the street from the metro station. Sometimes we kept the windows open but when closed they did a good job of keeping the noise level very low. It is within walking distance to anything you may need from Boulangerie to a pharmacy right around the corner. We got a room with a view of the Eiffel tower and got to enjoy the light show in the evenings, also it is about a 10-15 min walk from the tower. The room was very clean and so was the lobby area. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. "
