"What we liked: The staff was really helpful in going extra mile and answering any question and providing multiple options even on public transport-related questions. What we would like see to be improved: 1. There is no light outside the main door. We reached around 11 pm ( it was pitch dark ) and could not figure out where is main door was and how to call someone to open the main door. "Excellent accueil, chambre tres calme, salle de bain moderne, petit petit-déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Le propriétaire est aux petits soins. Le parking est ferme par une grille et un mur , pas de souci de vol. Le jardin est tres grand , joliment paysagé avec une tres grande piscine .La maison a les commodites modenes mais aussi le charme de l ancien . Excellent rapport qualité/ prix. "

"The location was very convenient to Notre Dame and the Louvre. It was clean and the breakfast was good. The lady who managed the location was friendly and very responsive (but note to travelers that she speaks only French). One star deducted on the property only because the staircase was not well lit and it was not immediately apparent where the light switches were. "

"My family had a fantastic stay at Chez Pepe Merle. The area is great with several places to eat and access to the Metro. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and we were made to feel at home during our stay."

"I had the huge top floor roof space. It was such a pleasant environment with so much room and a beautiful shower room. The velux roof windows showed off the surroundings to their utmost. The hosts were delightful and the fresh homemade jam at breakfast took me back to my childhood. Comfortable, calm, friendly with off-street parking and a real family feel. I’d love to go back. The Moroccan resto across the street was also delightful and excellent value. I used it as a base for an Olympic trip...

"We had a really great stay at the property. Everything was as expected. And the host was really helpful. The area suited us as we were happy to use the metro. But also wanted to enjoy the suburbs of Paris. The local area was really lovely. "

The flat was a perfect size (I'd say great up to 4 people) and well equipped. Communication with Bea was flawless and easy. Holiday Inn Express Paris - CDG Airport by IHG

Convenient and comfortable

"It is very to easy to get from CDG airport to this hotel. Just need to take the airport shuttle and walk about 5mins. Hotel room is very clean and bed and pillows are comfortable. The hotel also provided you a clear instruction of how to get to the hotel. Great for a stay from the airport late at night or heading to the airport early in the morning. The airport shuttle operates very long hours."

Perfect in Paris

"The hotel was a 1.3-mile walk from the Eiffel Tower, and we had a view of it from our room. The staff was wonderful, and the room was clean. The hotel bar was elegant. There was a great Italian restaurant very close, where we ate two different nights. Overall, it was the perfect place for a family of four to stay in Paris. "

"Excellent for families. We travelled with our infant and preschooler. The property was clean, separate bedroom and kitchen with grocery store nearby, hot shower/bath, great views and ideally located near to main attractions and transportation. "

"I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Magda. Although the hotel is located near a major tourist attraction, the hotel street felt very quiet and quaint. The hotel was quiet as well. The rooms were sparkling clean. The location was perfect with only a short walk away to the metro connecting to lines 1 and 6, which gets you to most areas of interest when visiting Paris. "
