"First time staying at the Emerald Queen of Tacoma and I was very impressed. The phone desk staff when I had questions about the reservations were wonderful and I was able to get an early check-in. When I arrived the front desk staff were helpful and friendly The room was on the eighth floor facing the highway and I was worried about the noise but I used some white noise on my phone and slept wonderfully. I ate at the Puyalapub and had fish and chips that was delicious. The waitress was attentive and very nice. I was a bit concerned about having to walk through the smoking casino to get to the non-smoking part but after an evening of gaming, I was surprised when I got back to my room that my clothes did not smell like smoke. The non-smoking side was just wonderful. As for the games, I had lots of fun and came home with cash in my pocket very little, but some cash in my pocket. I would definitely stay there again, "
