The food was great I just wish that they could have perhaps a limited menu for room service that might be available up until 12 midnight. "Service 10/10. Traveling as a solo female I was greeted with hospitality, smiles, and nothing but making sure I was enjoying my time. Different restaurants which is perfect if you like to explore menus. Taxi service to wherever you like arranged from the hotel. Rooms are simple, clean, air conditioned but the property is where this resort shines. 2 pools one cold and one hot, hot tubs, golf course, walkways and so much history!"

"Jason at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay truly wonderful. During a very difficult time—our son required emergency surgery at nearby Clínica Bíblica—Jason showed incredible kindness and support. He anticipated our needs, accommodated every request with genuine care, and consistently checked in to ask how our son was doing. I sincerely hope Gran Hotel recognizes what an exceptional team member they have in him. Beyond Jason, the porters and concierge staff were also excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional. The food at the hotel was very good, with the brunch standing out as a highlight. The location is ideal—within walking distance to several museums and just across the street from the National Theatre. All in all, a fantastic hotel in a prime location. You really can’t go wrong here. And if you have the chance, be sure to ask for Jason."
