"When we first arrived for check-in, there was an irate customer pacing and yelling in the lobby. The manager on duty was extremely professional in getting the customer out of the lobby as to not disturb the other guests. He handled the situation with grace swiftness which made me feel better about staying there. After dealing with him they were able to check us in quickly. The room was great and the rest of our stay was fabulous and relaxing. "
