"Room in friendly couple's house. The bed was comfortable and the hospitality great. The exterior had construction in progress (new ADU being built), but not on the days I was there. Room had it's own bathroom and the neighborhood was nice and convenient to parks and stores. Ave. cleanliness--not great (bathroom), but not bad. Reasonable, modest accommodations. Easy parking."

"This "Tiny Home" was a fun retreat in a camping trailer sized Cottage with all the amenities of a regular home. Fully stocked with all amenities to cook regular meals, do laundry, TV, faux functioning fireplace and small hot tub which all were made use of without issues.
