He would check in with us from time to time to make sure everything was going well. When we had questions, he would respond quickly. "Owner provided everything you might need, including various spices, but no salt. Couch is very uncomfortable, bed is comfy but very soft so might cause back aches. Nice quiet neighborhood. Good place to stay for a few days. "

"This was a perfect weekend getaway , the location was nice ,room was clean and property had 2 places within walking distance to grab a bite to eat with music and a friendly staff - the pool was steps away not crowded and the sunset views were amazing ! "We stayed at the condo, 2 nights before our cruise set sail. The location was great. Easy to walk about, local restaurants, nail salons and the cruise terminals was about 1 miles away. Uber access was easy and quick.Plus a CV and Publix groceries around the corner.We didnt need a rental car.The condo was lovely. Clean. Simple. Beds were comfortable. Lovely balcony and salt water pool too.The owner was always quick to respond too."

"This condo is located in the beautiful "Little Harbor" of Ruskin Florida. The entire complex is very well taken care of. Lovely views all around. It is a 2nd floor unit without elevator. Air conditioning works well & is quiet. Pleasant smelling unit. Large wall mount TV with great picture. Wi-Fi great reception. Plenty of outlets to plug your laptop and phones in. Very bright light coming in the wall of windows at night, there are blinds, but they don't fit edge to edge. Bathtub stopper...

"The condo was quiet and located close to everything. It was great to walk along Bayshore Blvd and the Riverwalk. The free streetcar allowed us to easily visit our favorite destination, Ybor City. The pool area at the condo was beautiful and neighbors in the complex are friendly and helpful."

"We sincerely enjoyed our stay in this cute little studio. The owners have thought through everything you might need while you stay and were absolutely wonderful with communication. If we had to come up with a small drawback it would be that the condo had a bit of a musty smell. We would recommend this property."
