"Excellent location! Hotel needs a bit of fixing up. Maybe the hotel took a hit with the hurricanes… staff was amazing! Food was amazing! Experience was great! Hotel is a bit older. At least on the 6th floor with a veranda. I cannot comment on the pool area as my husband and my kids were mostly on the beachside. Brought our 14 and 17 old. They want to go back :) Great place! We will be back! "

"Great location on the water - easy access to the water taxi and can walk everywhere. Loved the free shuttle provided by the Barrymore as their drivers were fast, on time, and super friendly. Very safe location and easy parking. The hotel is a little older, but it's ok as everything was clean and the staff were wonderful. Check in was super easy, beds were comfy - really great big pillows, and the AC was rocking. Overall for the price, we could not have asked for more. "

"Overall, my husband & I had a great stay. Our room was very clean. However, on our 2nd day we left our room with the window open for housekeeping at 9 something in the a.m. When we arrived back in our room in the p.m. around approx 6-7pm, housekeeping knocked to tidy the room. We were quite dismayed bc all we wanted to do was relax around 6/7pm at night: we were gone ALL day enjoying the amenities of the pool and beach At that time, it was a lil late and I felt they could've tidied the room...

"The room was fine, check in went smooth. Housekeeping needs to mop behind bathroom doors. Also leave an extra trash bag or two in the room. Maintence needs to clean up more, Ice cream was all over the stairs for many hours while we were there. They were good when late evening our AC went out and responded quickly. Breakfast was awful, All turkey based products, bacon and sausage. Eggs were lumpy, no cereal for kids and no milk. Breakfast needs some serious help. The pool music was to much of a...
