"Hotel and location were lovely. Rooms are small but well designed. Only real problem was that the beds are very hard and the bedding seemed cheap- small bulky duvets and hard pillows."

"My husband was sick and the staff was wonderfully helpful and attentive. They allowed us to check in 30 minutes early after explaining to housekeeping. They also allowed us to check out 3 hours late for a small hourly fee and arranged for the prepaid breakfast to be delivered to my husband in the room. "I had a lovely stay at the Mastino. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the area, a minute from Piazza Bra/ the Arena. Breakfast had a great selection. Overall, a good experience and a solid choice for a stay in Verona. "
