"Folks were super nice, quick walk to Knitting Factory. As a big bearded dude I didn't feel uncomfortable or notice any glaring scary folks. "

"The staff was incredible. I had a couple of minor issues but they were all addressed promptly. I accidentally left a personal item behind and they went above and beyond to make sure it was returned. Looking forward to staying again. The only downside was the elevator noise, but that's not a deal breaker. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were clean and the kids loved it. "

"I used the hotel for an overnight layover. The room was clean and comfortable enough for my stay and I like the breakfast and unlimited coffee they had in the lobby the next morning. It also helped that they run a free shuttle service to and from the airport. "
