"Chose this hotel for a one night stay on the way to Santander as it was dog friendly and previous good reviews. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite, which was much appreciated. We ate in the bar which had a good choice of food and was very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others."

"We entered as some other guests were leaving. I don't know if we would have been able to check in if not for them. The information on the internet says that reception is not 24 hours but we managed ok. Communication is not always clear - since we don't speak Spanish, we relied on google translate. Everything was fine with our stay - I'm just not sure how reliable/easy it would have been if there were any problems. The room was a little bit cramped but good enough. I think there weren't many...

"The room was spacious, but does not have a window. I felt like I am a prisoner. The hotel does not have emergency exit as well. In the case of fire, you are dead. The toilet does not flush after you flushed once. You have to wait more than 15 mins. You can't escape!"
