"Terrible. The price includes nothing. We were turned away from an empty restaurant because we did not have a reservation we never thought we would need to make in April. Each day we went down to the beach located directly on the resort and we’re denied chairs!! Everything closed at 6. Since the resort is about 15 min from downtown we felt uncomfortable venturing in alone and the shuttle service ended at 5. I would not recommend this hotel. "You must have breakfast at the hotel. Fresh, wholesome, delicious! Plenty to eat. We’ve stayed at a number of hotels in Europe, this is our favourite. The staff is exceptional! The rooms are well appointed. The balconies are large and the views are great! Will definitely recommend it to our friends!"

"Great hotel overall. We stayed a week in February in a room with ocean view. The room had a nice view and good size. Breakfast was delicious. Indoor pool was always warm and gym was well equipped. The spa is great too. The beach is one of the nicest in Portugal. While there are several restaurants nearby, there's not too much variation and food is relatively expensive. Would definitely stay again."
