"The apartment seems luxurious and well-maintained. The location is perfect, close to everything like supermarkets, restaurants, attractions, and the metro. I would give it 5 stars if more coffee k-cups were provided. They only gave 2 k-cups even though we had 3 guests for 3 nights. "

"desk staff has no flexibility dealing with credit card payments over the phone, I had phone issues upon reaching Madrid & the desk agent made me come to their office just to complete the payment process, just plain absurd since the office has my credit card info to reserve the unit, the agent could easily have easily processed the payment & give the entry code for the property over the phone, NO need for a subway ride to the office just to be given the entry code, what a hassle!"

"We spent Christmas at the property with 3 little kids. It was very fun. All the mayor city sites are close, two city playgrounds are at least 5-10 minutes away(walking). The front desk was very helpful and accommodating, the breakfast is wonderful our kids loved it too! "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Boutike Cibeles. The location was perfect for walking to see Retiro Park, the Prado museum, and the San Miguel market. There are also plenty of restaurants near the hotel as well. The master suite was large and spacious and having a kitchen with a washer was also very helpful. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The walls were a bit thin as we occasionally heard the people above us moving about. Overall, a great stay and Madrid was absolutely beautiful with all...
