"This was a great location to explore Madrid. We slept well. Make sure to read keyless entry instructions as there is no one in person to great you. The first room was not ready but when I messaged they quickly switched us to a clean room. Easy access to train and airport."

"Detallazo el de las cortesías de café y vino. Ubicación buenísima, servicio telefónico excelente. Asegurarse que la cortina de una de los ventanales cubra bien, entra demasiada luz. (ventana cercana al wc) así como revisar que los dosificadores de shampoo y gel de baño funcionen correctamente y que la fragancia de estos sea un poco mas neutra."

"This was not where we stayed, 3 days before we were due to travel to Madrid, we were contacted and informed that due to an electrical fault, the accommodation was not available, and offered an alternative at no extra cost, did we agree (a bit late to start searching again). We were told reception was open until 6pm, but still had to self-check in even though we were there before 6pm. "We had a great stay. This room was so clean. The location is great and located perfectly next to gran via metro which is a very well connected metro for getting around Madrid. They held our bags at the main office until check in so we could walk around without luggage. "

"This property is located within 4 minutes walk from Gran Via station. It is super clean, the building is gorgeous and it has a lot of architecture charm and character. It is nearby amazing and yummy restaurants, easy access to shops and supermarkets. Overall the best part was the friendly support received from the staff. Highly recommend!"

"It was my first stay at Barcelo Torre de Madrid and I absolutely love it! I spent 2.5 days and enjoyed it very much. Everything was perfect. Lovely hotel, clean, spacious with nice rooms and comfortable beds. It’s located in the central area, very close to the Royal Palace and in a walkable distance to the main attraction points. Also very close to public transportation (Metro and buses), easy to get to anywhere you need. The staff were amazing as well. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and efficient. A special shout out to Jorge Gonzalez. He took very good care of me apron my arrival, was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of choices. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I am in Madrid! "
