"We can't really rate this hotel fairly as when we arrived they said they hadn't received the booking from hotels.com! It was a night we had redeemed one of our reward nights and paid extra for. We were given a room down the road in the house that one of the staff lives in which was hastily cleaned for us! Ok but not what we had paid for. We did use the pool and had breakfast at the hotel. Initial problems with the internet were finally sorted due to my insistence. Whose error was this?"
