A few misgivings: Entry process would have been much easier had we know the red plastic fob on the key chain was instrumental in getting into the building. Perhaps state that the building is actually below street level. It took a couple of passes to figure where the actual entrance was. We had to use guesswork to figure how to use the appliances.
