Basic toiletries are provided for short visits, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase essentials for your long-term stay.
VAIL RACQUET CLUB RULES:
• This unit is being directly rented through the OWNER and not the resort. All questions or service requests must be made directly to the OWNER, do not contact the resort. If a guest directly contacts the resort, the VRC will assess a $150 per occurrence fee, plus time and materials. This fine and expenses will be passed on to the guest
• As a guest of the owner, you may use the club facilities for an additional daily fee. Please feel free to visit the clubhouse to inquire about day or monthly passes
• No smoking of any kind inside the unit or on the VRC property (per HOA & subject to fines). If you smoke, please look for another unit to rent. Smokers are not welcome. Sorry not sorry.
• No pets allowed
• No Recreational Vehicles or trailers are permitted in the VRC parking lot
• VRC quiet hours are 10PM – 8AM. Please do not disturb the local residents
• Any fines for any violations by the visitor will be passed on to the visitor
• A parking pass is available inside the unit and must be placed on the car’s dashboard. The parking pass must be returned to the unit at the end of your stay or you will incur a $100 fine
OUTSIDE STORAGE:
• For your convenience the small locking closet directly outside the entrance door is available for secure storage.
• In the winter, store skis and boards outside the unit in this storage closet. Do not bring ski equipment inside the condo.
• In the summer, bikes can be stored directly on the patio.(please make sure to lock them)
