"It was perfect for us.With no car. And exactly as described and pictured. Studio with nice view good location between Papette the airport near the Hilton and small mall with grocery. Owner very responsive and comprehensive info. Pool a nice bonus to cool off. Steep hill but easy walk to town or store."

"Overall, it was an ok property. It was difficult to find even with the instructions and VERY dark apartment complex/neighborhood at night. Some of the blankets smelled off, but used to washer to refresh them. Roosters have overrun the neighborhood and crow all hours of the night. It made sleeping rough at times. It was convenient walk to Pape’ete markets though!"

"Our entire stay from beginning to end was wonderful. Sergio went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We had a late flight home and they were very accommodating as the unit was not rented the next day. The rental was easy to find and when we arrived, we were super impressed. The grounds were immaculate, quiet, and everyone very friendly. The unit was super clean and as described on the website. The pictures were very accurate. The units location is great, it’s on the ground ...

"The studio is conveniently located near Papeete Market with 7 to 8 minutes walking distance. Tepu was very nice and offered airport pick up for 2000 XPF and drop-off at Papeete Ferry Terminal for 1000 XPF. We also rented their car for a day for 5000 XPF. Check-in was at a different location then Tepu dropped us off at the studio which was about 5 minutes drive. The studio has a kitchen and washer which are very useful. There are two beds for our family of 4. The sofa bed was not comfortable...

"Very thorough check in process. Wonderful full breakfast delivered to our bungalow every day. Since there’s a full kitchen plus a grocery store directly across street it is not a problem that there are no restaurants within walking distance. (There is call-in delivery available. ). The appointments and furnishings are excellent. Really lovely spot. "

"I was really impressed with this property. The balcony is huge and so well decorated. The view was spectacular. Everything was so clean. The bed was super comfy. It included an extra bathroom. Everything was so spacious and beautiful. The kitchen was also very spacious and modern. I really enjoyed the neighborhood. Waking distant to a few supermarket and a lot of restaurants. "Mark was welcoming, even though we had a very short stay. He provided a lot of valuable information. He has an incredible gift of hospitality and kindness. The cottage we stayed in was . He does incredible work with architecture and design when creating his cottages. The views were spectacular this day made our whole trip to Tahiti worthwhile."

"Nice bungalow just across from the lagoon and by a nice restaurant. Quiet and relaxing. Older property but well equipped and maintained. The only negative is that the bedroom had AC but the temperature was not able to be lowered and it was a little warmer than we wanted. Still I would recommend the place. Good value."
