"There is so much room in this place! We had a very large group and it never felt cramped. The TV in the main room is large and the cable includes tons of sports channels. The drive to Taos Ski Valley was easy and the location right off the highway was great. The host was great about getting us all the info including a map of the property! The kitchen is large enough for cooking large meals. If you're looking for a large space in the Taos area this is the spot. "

"Blue Spruce was the perfect home base for our family’s ski trip! The home was clean. There were plenty of linens and towels. Kitchen was fully stocked and operational. The hot tub was lovely after a day on the mountain and our kids loved making s’mores in the fire pit. We can’t wait to be back!"

"Property was just as described. Clean and well stocked. River in back yard is great and so peaceful. Only complaint is that there is futon beds which is great but no extra blankets at least we couldnt find any would be nice to include some. They do warn about a sensitive well system which is great but sensitive does mean sensitive we got a short shower and a small load of dishes and we were out of water for a bit. There is separate drinking water but just keep that in mind if long showers are a...

"Family and dog friendly in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great views from the hot tub. We enjoyed evening and morning walks with the dog. Property was clean and as advertised. Would definitely recommend for small families looking for an affordable property to make your home base while exploring the Taos area. "

"Very spacious house, everything that was listed was as is. It was our Spring Break trip including 6 Adults 3 kids and 1 dog. Everyone had their own space and to top it all off Steve was phenomenal. We had a small water leak at the beginning of our trip but he was able to send someone over within the hour to get it fixed up. The location of this house was great, close to town/ ski resort. Definitely will be back for next spring break!"

"We all flew in for a long weekend get together. Some skied, some went to galleries and shopped. Restaurants in the area were excellent from Tex-Mex, to fine dining to brew pub pizza. We all enjoyed being together at the Blue Elk Casa. Star gazing was really good from the upstairs outdoors patio. "
