"Great service, clean rooms, sweet refreshments, great location, reasonable rates. Me only complaint would be that the room was warm, and we couldn't cool it down."

"The location, the grounds and the lovely Staab House bar were the best things about the stay. Our king bed fireplace room was fine but very small. Plastic cups in the bathroom and paper cups for the a espresso felt a bit like a typical budget hotel, not a luxury resort. There was an industrial motor/humming sound much of the night in our room. On the bright side, we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves on February 1! Every staff person was excellent— friendly and helpful. "

"I have stayed at the El Pueblo Lodge several times. The complaint I have this time is that the cleaning fluid smell in my room was overpowering. I stayed 3 nights and only by the last night did the smell subside. My fault for not asking for a different room. The Lodge has good breakfasts and is a generally nice and well-maintained older property."

"The Inn is conveniently located to everything in the core of Santa Fe. The restaurant/ bar had a much more local vibe than other hotels, which is vey nice. Rooms are comfy but could use some updating. Plugs and charging outlets are scarce. Mini-frig in my room needed a new compressors. Evdrything else was great."

"Nice front desk, nice bar restaurant, nice room but the room service didn’t clean room and didn’t restock towls… the shower sprays outside the shower we are in, they may want to install a glass for the shower"
