"Silvia and Ferdinando were excellent hosts. Silvia oriented us to the area and checked on tours. The property is a large garden with pool and outdoor kitchen for guests. The town is small and low key. You can walk to either beach entry. We ordered dinner at our host's Italian restaurant. Ferdinando cooked: it was wonderful. Three great courses. We were off season for whales so will try to come back to Dolce Uvita"

"This hotel is a wooden cabin which has more of a hostel feel. It is far from Uvita’s centre and it’s hard to get a taxi or food delivery to the hotel. You need to go through a dirt road to get here. The breakfast was scarce and the rice reheated from the day before (I hope). The room felt humid even though the aircon was on. No wifi reached the bedroom. Expensive for the accommodations. Having said that, the grounds and beautiful and staff was kind. "

"We stayed here for 4 nights during Envision festival. Hotel is under new management now and I felt like cleaning service was lacking. Our mattress kept sinking in. Our room was not cleaned every day. We ran out of shower gel and toilet paper. Rooms did not have any luggage rack or hangers or closet. Restaurant and the breakfast was excellent and is still managed by the old owner (Philippe). The staff was very friendly. Hopefully the hotels new management takes this feedback and makes...

"Jessica the owner was so helpful and amazing customer service. The place is wonderful and infinity pool was great. She also advised us places to visit which were really helpful. Jessica was always there when you need her. Plenty of food for breakfast which is served near the pool and astonishing view over the mountains, valleys , forest and even the sea!!!!!! "This is a piece of heaven on earth!! Peggy answered every question we had and gave us extra tips as well! Trina and Jorge were amazing and even (for a small fee) picked up some groceries for us and had those for us upon arrival!
