Hotel Oorsprongpark

2.0 star property
7.2 out of 10, Good, (169)

Our room was on the 2nd level, but due to the set up of the hallways and rooms, we got lost trying to find ours, despite the desk clerk’s instructions. ibis Utrecht

"The staff was extremely friendly. However there seemed to be a great deal of confusion when it came to how much to actually charge me for tourist tax, parking, and service fees…which was a little annoying. Also we ordered food from the red to our room. The staff said that they could, and would bring it to our room. When the order was ready they called for us to go and get it. Also refused to give us utensils to eat with…"
