"I had to chase for the entry codes to the property, literally an hour before arrival at the place. Possibly because I booked through Expedia, but that shouldn't be my problem, and it really annoyed me. Not a word of apology from the host, again, might be language barrier, but does not show them in the best light. Room itself is absolutely fine, and quite pleasant although would do with a spoon and a proper cup or two..."

"We had a wonderful 1 week stay here. Cosimo our host was a wonderful person. He helped us so much to plan our time in Sardinia. It was an extremely convenient location. "This place was not as advertised. The pictures led us to believe there would be a kitchen available. However, when we arrived that was not the case. The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped. The address shown on Expedia once we booked was not the same one at which the host told us to check in and we were not made aware of this change before arrival. The bathroom was clean but the shower was overhead and came down with too much pressure. It barely drained...

"We had a very pleasant stay at Villacool, Domus de Maria. The property is clean, well equipped, and great both indoors and outdoors. The swimming pool was notably in excellent condition. We mostly ate outdoors and the outdoor gas BBQ was much appreciated. The house is a little way inland, as shown in the property listing, and therefore away from busy tourist areas, which means there is a short drive to get places but also that the property is quiet and relaxing.
