"The view from this apt is amazing. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The communication in leading up to our stay was minimal. We often had to wait a day or so for simple questions. We had difficulty getting into wifi. Some of this was due to the influx of wifi users visiting the olympics. After the 3rd day we got access but the wifi was not secure. A handbook of how to run various appliances would be helpful (heater, towel bars, etc.) Also we had anxiety each time we used the key...

"We had a great stay. Although Severine was not English speaking and we speak no French she was able to communicate everything we needed. As we had 2 small children skiing we used the ski lockers at Bossenet to save carrying them which meant we didn’t use the ski room at the property. Lovely to have the bakery next door for breakfast every day. The house is well equipped for cooking."
