We booked this hotel last minute b/c our flight out of Ushuaia on Saturday was cancelled last minute.We showed up to find there is no management on site and had to go back into town to another hotel to check in. "Location is convenient, though a little uphill from the main parts of town. Staff were helpful when we needed to get out luggage down to the waterfront. Close by: main museum, grocery store, some eateries. Apartment very spacious with all the relevant appliances. Big windows provide views of the town and Beagle Channel (and the cat that lives next door!)."

"The proprietor tried to be helpful but couldn’t be reached when necessary. The keys I was given did not open the door to the apartment and required a second trip by the proprietor. Then, we discovered that only one of the two bedrooms had linens. We booked two adults in a two bedroom apartment. The second bed just had a cover on it. I could not reach the proprietor to correct this. The furniture was tired. The apartment was somewhat clean but not immaculate by any means. "

"The apartment was clean and very nicely located on the western side of the main strip. My only criticism was that the street noise was prevalent and the bed was a split twin that would slide apart."

"The property was exactly as described. Our host was an excellent communicator, all check in info was given very clearly in advance. Property was clean. View was AMAZING! The neighborhood seemed very safe. Bed was comfortable and warm. Host was also helpful with activity suggestions and very friendly. Definitely recommend!"
