"I stayed at this hotel twice. This review is referencing the second stay. Upon arrival I was asked if I wanted to stay on the 2nd or 3rd floor. I had booked a regular room, but was given a suite. It was a large, lovely room with a nice view of a small wooded area behind the hotel. They also gave me my drink chips that come with booking through Expedia. "The location was great for getting to the IA Events Center. Quick and easy. There was great restaurants nearby. If you are a light sleeper, the traffic may bother you. Overall great stay. Clean and comfy!"

"It was the perfect place for our family to be together to celebrate and play games in a homey place rather than hotel rooms. The property would have received 5 stars, but the master shower water never got hot, only warmish even after running it for a long time. I was also disappointed that the master bed has two twin mattresses joined, leaving an uncomfortable crack between your partner.
