"This property was perfect for our family of 10. We had plenty of space and so much to do-- projector for movies, hot tub, pool table, darts, and some games. We didn't have to do laundry or strip beds which made checking out a breeze. My ONLY issues are that the beds are very, very firm. Not my preference. The other thing is that there seems to be a drain that leads out to the drive way. We went when it was 17 degrees and this got icy going to and from our car. We actually bought salt to lay down...

"This property was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 young children. Hosts were very accommodating and excellent with communication. There were plenty of toys for our kids to play with. The kitchen is wonderful and very clean. Although a little cold in the winter, there are plenty of space heaters to keep it comfortable. We definitely plan to stay here again when in town. Check in and out was very easy as well. This is perfectly as advertised. "

"This was the 4th year that we have stayed at the Wildflower House in Yellow Springs with our adult kids, a couple spouses, and 3 grandkids. We come back every year now since the house is located right in the heart of Yellow Springs and has everything we need. The property manager, Danyel, is super responsive and helpful. The 5 bedrooms on the second and third floors give ample space for all. Kitchen is well set up for family meals. The backyard looks fun, but we don't get out there much since it...

"Positives: great location and ample space for large groups. Areas of opportunities: need more dishes and glass ware to match the occupancy of the house. Need extra blankets and pillows. Lighting in all downstairs areas except kitchen was dim. Just need more lamps and brighter bulbs. It meet all our needs and we will stay there again if we have another holiday family get together. "
