I was very happy with the hotel, it’s staff, and the accommodations. Hotel was right in the middle of town, only two minute walk from the arena. Staff were extremely pleasant and checked us in with no delays or issues. The room was clean, spacious, and everything we needed for the night. I will definitely stay at the Hyatt House on my next visit to Charlotte!"
