"Very nice staff, clean rooms"

"Great hotel, centrally located in the Uptown Charlotte area, with several dining options all around the hotel, considering my stay was during the Taste of Charlotte weekend. Very friendly staff and an awesome young lady working the bar that Friday night with a wonderful attitude. The lobby was very attractive, and parking was very easy despite others who found it difficult to locate during their stay. This will go down as my favorite place to book for future stays when I want to be in the downtown area. Check-in and out were a breeze! Definitely will stay again!"

"Because there was an event going on where we stayed the parking situation was a nightmare. The room was very clean but bed was uncomfortable. The toilet paper was not of our liking. It was easy to get around and there was restaurants in walking distance though some of the restaurants were closed down permanently. Overall it was a decent place to stay for what we needed."
