"A very welcoming, interesting, charming and cozy home. Comfortable for our group. Excellent directions and communication with the host. The home was warm, water pressure in the showers was excellent, no shortage of hot water for the five of us showering. Well equipped kitchen for all of our needs. Beds were comfortable. "This was a wonderful house with lots of beds and bedrooms to house everyone. We enjoyed coming back from skiing each day and relaxing in the hot tub and sauna. We’ll be back! "

"We had a blast! 2- 68 yr olds, 2- 40 yr olds, 5 kids 12-18 yr olds. Sleeping was cozy and we all got a kick out of it. We made jokes of it feeling like “The Waltons”….”goodnight JohnBoy”….We’d definitely stay there again!!!"

"Tracy’s house is so comfortable, beautiful and enjoyable. They had anything you’d need in the kitchen and toiletries for the bathrooms. There was a winter storm. They came and plowed and shoveled during our stay. There were extra pillows and soft throw blankets everywhere. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful. The bathrooms are very nice. It was a lovely home away from home. We will stay again. 10/10."

"The Hemlock House was perfect for our stay. This is the second time we've stayed there, and will again the future. Wes' instructions were clear and easy to follow and he responded to my communications immediately. As advertised and as others have mentioned, it is not a fancy place but is clean and comfortable. In other words, everything we needed for our ski trip to ABR. Thanks again Wes!"

"Nicely equipped kitchen, plenty of towels. Great Lake views Very difficult to negotiate lower path to lake and launch the kayaks. Very steep and rough. House is on a steep hill. Steps near the top are fine. Great fire pit with view in front of house."

"6 adults stayed a few days and snowmobiled. Plenty of parking and right on the trails. Host was responsive and we would absolutely stay again."

"We had a larger family group of kids, teens and adults that enjoyed our stay at the Sund Up/Down. Great location next to Powderhorn Mountain in a semi-secluded area. Make sure the hike down the back side of the property to find the small river that leads to the beautiful Powderhorn Falls. Home had all the amenities we needed....pots, pans, dishes, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, towels, extra blankets and firewood for the fireplace.
